Terms of Concluding a Sales Agreement

To place an order on the SpiderGod.com website, it is not required to have an account.

There are two ways to make a transaction:

• without registration – by filling out the form available on the SpidersGod.com website
• by registering and creating an account with a login and password.

In both cases, filling out the form is equivalent to the Buyer entering into a sales agreement and accepting the terms and conditions.

Terms and Payment Deadlines

Purchasing is done by selecting a tarantula of a specific species, size, and quantity, and then adding the products to the cart. The order summary contains information about the total price and the costs and methods of delivery. After accepting the order, the Customer receives a return email with information about the acceptance of the order for processing.

Payment is made in the following forms:

• Bank transfer
• PayU
• PayPal

The Customer is obliged to make the payment within 7 calendar days from the date of concluding the Sales Agreement.

Shipping

Shipments are made from March to October. If weather conditions are unfavorable (too high or too low temperatures), shipments are suspended until the weather improves.

Packages are sent from Monday to Wednesday inclusive, after the money has been credited to the account. The shipment is made on the next day after receiving the transfer to the account.

Packages are properly secured during the respective seasons to ensure they reach the Customer in a humane and safe manner.

We do not send packages with cash on delivery.

There is the possibility of personal pickup after prior arrangement of the date and place, without transport costs. Payment in this case is made by transfer or exact cash.

Complaints and Returns

The basis for a complaint is a recording of the opening of the package. The video must be continuous, recorded from start to finish with full framing of the purchased product. If the complaint is accepted, the goods are sent again (the cost of transport is covered by SpidersGod.com), and in the case of being out of stock, we refund the money to the Customer’s account.

We do not accept returns of live animals.

For protected species, we send the appropriate document.

Privacy Policy

Making purchases through SpidersGod.com requires the acceptance of cookies by the user’s browser. If you do not agree to our use of cookies, you should change your browser settings accordingly or discontinue using our websites and applications.

Processing and Protection of Personal Data

All personal data provided during the ordering process is used solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and is not shared with other institutions or third parties – except for:

• companies delivering shipments. In this case, the provision of data is necessary for addressing and delivering the package.
• the online payment system administrator in case of making payments using this method.

Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary, however, not providing the personal data specified in the Terms and Conditions necessary to conclude a Sales Agreement or an electronic service agreement results in the inability to conclude and fulfill this agreement. The Customer consents to the registration and processing of personal data before registering in the system.

To fulfill the agreement, it is necessary to provide the following Customer data:

• first and last name
• shipping address: country, city, postal code, street, apartment number
• email address
• contact phone number
